Cozama is a founder-focused product for clarifying purpose, identifying priorities, and turning road blockers into concrete work. This website currently presents the product and lets visitors join the waitlist.
When you visit this website, technical request data is processed so the site can be delivered and protected. This may include IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer, user agent, browser and operating system details, and related connection metadata.
Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. Our legitimate interest is reliable, secure, and abuse-resistant website operation.
If you join the waitlist, we process your email address, submission time, and technical request metadata required for security and abuse prevention.
Purpose: maintaining the waitlist, contacting you about Cozama, and protecting the signup flow from misuse.
Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b for pre-contractual communication and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f for security and abuse prevention.
We use email infrastructure to send signup notifications and related transactional messages. Email addresses and delivery metadata may be processed by our email provider for that purpose.
Production email is configured through Resend SMTP. See the Resend Privacy Policy.
This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Rails may use technically necessary session and CSRF protection mechanisms for form security and request integrity. These are required to operate the waitlist form safely.
Because we do not load optional analytics or marketing services, we do not show a separate cookie banner.
To operate the website, data may be processed by hosting and infrastructure providers, Cloudflare for traffic routing and security, and Resend for email delivery.
Where providers process data outside the EU/EEA, transfers are based on an adequacy decision or suitable safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, unless statutory retention duties or legitimate interests require longer storage. Waitlist data is kept until it is no longer needed for Cozama communication or until you request deletion where legal requirements are met.
Subject to the GDPR requirements, you have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
